Common Questions About EasyFlow Pet Fountain

Clear answers to help you buy with confidence and keep pets happy

How often do I need to refill the feeder?

With the large hopper, most medium dogs or multiple cats can go 2–4 days between refills depending on portion sizes, reducing daily chores.

Is the water pump noisy at night?

The quiet circulation pump runs at low sound levels, so it won’t disturb sleep while keeping water fresh and appealing for pets.

How hard is it to clean the unit?

Removable bowls and a simple pump access make cleaning fast. Most parts rinse under the tap and dry quickly for weekly maintenance.

Will it work if the power goes out?

The feeder supports battery backup for short outages so pets still get meals and water during brief power interruptions.

Is it suitable for large dogs and cats?

Yes. The large capacity and sturdy design handle bigger portions and heavier pets without tipping or frequent refills.
